Allclean wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and contact us easily and independently. We are working to make the website accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessibility level
The website was developed with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines. A check of the site (keyboard navigation, colour contrast, field labels and right-to-left layout) was carried out on 15 October 2026. A full accessibility test, including screen readers, has not been carried out yet. We therefore do not claim that the site meets all the requirements of the standard.
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation: all menus, links, buttons and forms can be used with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Colour contrast: text and buttons are designed with sufficient contrast against the background.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images have alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Right-to-left and left-to-right: each language version is displayed in the correct direction (Hebrew — right to left; English, French and Russian — left to right), and the page language is marked for assistive technologies.
- Resizable text: text can be enlarged up to 200% using the browser's zoom, without loss of content or function.
- Forms: every field has a clear label, fields needed to send the form are marked with an asterisk (*), and error messages explain what needs to be corrected.
- No autoplay: there is no video or audio that plays automatically.
- Structure: consistent headings, landmarks and navigation on all pages.
- Responsive design: the site adapts to mobile phones and tablets.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Google reviews are third-party content and may not meet accessibility requirements. Previews of photos uploaded in the form have no text alternative. The booking calendar has so far been tested with keyboard navigation only, in desktop browsers. The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader (NVDA or VoiceOver).
- Content provided by third parties (for example customer reviews from Google) may not meet all accessibility requirements.
